- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 3/4 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup diced fried onions
- 2 slices of bread,
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon worchestire sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/4 ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 3 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup sour cream, heaping
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley

Directions
- In med sautee pan add 1 tablespoon butter and sautee until browned.
- In a med bowl tear bread into pieces and cover in milk
- In large bowl add ground beef and pork, egg, onions, parsley and seasonings.
- Roll into small meatballs, I made about 25.
- Preheat oven 350F
- In a large skillet oven add 2 tablespoons butter, turn heat to med/high and add your meatballs, turning once there browned, cooking for about 15 mins.
- Once browned remove from skillet and place them in a dutch oven and cover.
- Add 1/4 cup flour to your meatball drippings, whisking until bubbly.
- Pour in 3 cups beef broth and continue to whisk until thickened then add kitchen bouquet, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and 1/4 cup sour cream.
- When all blended pour over meatballs and cook for 15 mins.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
I made this last night for my family. I didn’t feel like peeling potatoes, so we had it over egg noodles and it very good! Otherwise I didn’t change a thing
