• Seeds from your pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Lowery's season salt


Roasted/Toasted Pumpkin Seeds ~


  1. Remove seeds from pumpkin, clean and dry.
  2. Preheat oven 300 F
  3. Cover sheet pan in foil and spread seeds out evening.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with seasonings, I use my hands to evenly coat them.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 mins.
