- 1 loaf Artisan French Demi Baguette
- 4 tablespoons pesto (I used store bought)
- 1/4 cup heaping grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heaping mozzarella cheese
Pesto Cheese Baguette
- Preheat oven 400
- Slice baguette in half
- Spread 2 tablespoons pesto on each half.
- Bake for 5 minutes, take out and top with cheeses and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly delicious.
- I smeared some more pesto on top once it came out of the oven.
