• 1 loaf Artisan French Demi Baguette
  • 4 tablespoons pesto (I used store bought)
  • 1/4 cup heaping grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heaping mozzarella cheese


Pesto Cheese Baguette


  1. Preheat oven 400
  2. Slice baguette in half
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons pesto on each half.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, take out and top with cheeses and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly delicious.
  5. I smeared some more pesto on top once it came out of the oven.
