- 2 Lbs ground beef
- 1 Lb Italian sausage
- 1/2 cup panko
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup onion (minced brown in butter)
- 2.5 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 ground pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 mozzarella (shredded)
- MARINARA SAUCE
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (green container)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch sugar

Parmesan Meatloaf
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 350
- In small bowl add all marinara ingredients mix and set aside.
- Brown onions in 1 tablespoon butter.
- In large bowl add all meatloaf ingredients *except mozzarella*
- Form into loaf and place in loaf pan or cake pan whatever you have.
- Pour marinara sauce over top and cover with aluminum foil bake for an hour 15 - hour 30 hour remove and top with mozzarella and tent with foil until cheese melts 5 mins.
