- 1 package lobster ravioli
- 4 strips thick cut bacon (precooked and chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
- 3/4 stick butter
- Fresh grated pepper
Lobster Ravioli with Bacon & Brown Butter
- In a large pot bring water to a boil and cook pasta per directions and drain.
- In small pan add butter on med/high heat, cook butter until brown. (keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn.
- Plate... Add pasta and bacon.
- Pour butter over pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh grated pepper.
