• 1 package lobster ravioli
  • 4 strips thick cut bacon (precooked and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • Fresh grated pepper


Lobster Ravioli with Bacon & Brown Butter


  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil and cook pasta per directions and drain.
  2. In small pan add butter on med/high heat, cook butter until brown. (keep a close eye on it so it doesn't burn.
  3. Plate... Add pasta and bacon.
  4. Pour butter over pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh grated pepper.
