- 1 box lemon cake mix according to directions
- Splash Grand Marnier
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- Lemon zest for garnish
- Frosting
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups powder sugar
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Juice of one orange
- Splash of Grand Marnier

Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake ~
Directions
- In med bowl add cream cheese and butter microwave for one minute and mix until smooth add powder sugar, juice and Grand Marnier .
- Spread over cake while warm.
- In med size bowl mix the cake according to box.
- Add splash Grand Marnier
- Add poppy seeds
- Bake in Bundt pan @350 for 45 mins or until you insert a tooth pick & it comes out clean.
- Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy Fab Foodies!
