- • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temp (I used light)
- • 1 cup sour cream
- • 1 cup cheddar jack, shredded
- • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- • 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- • 1 teaspoon onion powder
- • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, don't drain
- • 1/4 cup heaping cup jalapenos, sliced more if you like heat
- • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven 375
- In a large bowl add the first 8 ingredients and mix with electric mixer until smooth.
- Spread the dip into a greased 2-quart casserole. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese mix.
- Sprinkle over dip and bake 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips
