• 2 ears of sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Parmesan cheese (green can)


Grilled Parmesan Sweet Corn


  1. Heat and clean grill (heat to med/high)
  2. Husk corn and rinse.
  3. Rub each ear with 1 tablespoon butter.
  4. Generously sprinkle each ear with Parmesan and pat it on.
  5. Grill for 8 -10 minutes until it's done to your liking.
  6. Feel free to add more cheese before serving... :)
  7. I could have made a meal out of corn!
