- Beer Batter Cod
- Flour tortillas
- Cabbage
- Onions
- Carrots
- Black sesame
- Soy Sauce
- Canola Oil
- Sriracha
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Garnish: limes ~ cilantro ~ green onions
Description
This is a quick and easy dinner. These taste better than dining out! Give em’ try ~
Directions
1. In a large bowl add the following ingredients
2. 4 Cups finely shredded cabbage
2. Small onion finely cut in strips
3. 4-5 Baby carrots sliced thin in strips
4. 1 Tbsp black sesame
Dressing
1. Combine ingredients in med size bowl
2. 1¼ Cup soy sauce
3. 1/8 Cup canola oil
4. 1 Tsp Sriracha
5. 2 Tsp oyster sauce
6. ½ tsp sesame oil
7. Whisk together and pour half the mixture over slaw and chill
8. 6 Flour tortillas warmed
Directions
- I use a beer batter cod.
- Preheat oven and bake according to package.
- Bake 10 pieces of cod until golden brown.
- Garnish with lime ~ cilantro ~ green onions ~ sweet chili sauce or the remainder of the dressing.
