  • Cinnamon Filling:
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • Cream Cheese Glaze:
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces cream cheeseÂ
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


Cinnamon Bun Pancakes ~

To good to be true! Dessert and breakfast all in one!


  1. Prepare Cinnamon Filling first:
  2. In a medium bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Put filling into a small zip baggie and place in refrigerator.
  4. Prepare Pancake batter:
  5. According to package directions.
  6. Prepare Cream Cheese glaze:
  7. In a medium glass or microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter, vanilla, maple syrup and cream cheese until melted.
  8. Whisk together until smooth, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  9. Heat a large griddle over medium-low heat.
  10. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  11. Spoon 1/2 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle.
  12. Snip the corner of your cinnamon filling baggie and squeeze a spiral of the filling onto the top of the pancake. When bubbles appear, flip and cook until lightly browned on the underside.
  13. Top with cream cheese glaze and enjoy fab foodies!
