• 4 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts (Cubed)
  • 1.5 jars alfredo sauce
  • 1 (1 lb) lasagna noodles (cooked)
  • 1 cup  ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese and smoked provolone
  • 2 cup Mozzarella & Asiago Cheese with Roasted Garlic
  • 1/4 cup wine (your favorite)
  • 1 sm can sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parmesan for garnish


The Best Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Recipe

Fab Foodies this is a recipe you have to try!!! I can’t even begin to tell you how decedent it is. The Ricotta, Mozzarella ( fresh mozzarella would be even better)  Smoked provolone, Asiago and the Fresh Parmesan and the creamy sauce makes my number one recipe! If your not a fan of arugula just leave it out along with the black olives. I’ve made it both ways and equally delicious!   This is a great recipe if your having dinner guests served with a Spinach Arugula Strawberry Salad and some warm artisan bread and great red wine!



  1. Season chicken salt & pepper. Rotisserie will work to save time
  2. Pour the alfredo sauce into a large sauce pan. Fill the jar with wine, return the lid, shake well, and pour into the sauce, simmer.
  3. Add alfredo sauce, wine, ricotta, onion powder, minced garlic and black olives.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let simmer 20-25 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat add one cup arugula and allow to cool for about 10 to 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350.
  7. Layer ingredients in 9x13 sprayed pan starting with noodles, alfredo and chicken mixture then cheeses.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil.
  9. Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and continue to cook until the top layer of cheese is melted.
  11. Garnish is fresh grated parm and Enjoy!
