  • Pint of cherry tomatoes
  • Pint yellow or orange tomatoes
  • 1 package fresh basil leaves
  • Marinated mozzarella balls
  • Your favorite salami cubed or hard salami


Caprese Kabobs

Here’s a appetizer that will stand out at any party and it’s healthy!

This is easy but time consuming, but the presentation is so worth it!


  1. Cube salami into cubes.
  2. Place all ingredients in individual bowls.
  3. Place bowls in the order of how you want them on the kabob.
  4. Take your skewers and add you ingredients to skewers.
  5. I used a pummelo fruit to display kabobs.
  6. Great presentation!
