- 3 cans albacore tuna, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 cup mayo
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced thinly
- salt and pepper, to taste
- pinch of dill
- pinch of garlic
- 6 slices bread, toasted

Tuna Melt with Capers & Avocado
Great sammie for Meatless Mondays, Lent or just because it’s delicious!!
Directions
- Preheat oven 425
- Toast bread slightly
- In a med size bowl add drained tuna, capers, mayo, onion and seasonings
- Mix together and spoon onto toasted bread
- top with sliced avocado then cheese
- Place in oven and cook until melted
- Enjoy Fab Foodies :)
Oh so nummy!! I had Parmesan garlic bread so used that and added the avocado after toasting. Muwah DeliciousO!
