- ½ head of one large cabbage
- One med onion (diced)
- 3 stalks celery (diced)
- 4 cups water
- 6-7 cups milk
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup corn starch
- ¼ cup chicken base
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pepper to taste

Here’s hearty and luscious soup!
Directions
- In your large soup pan combine butter and corn starch until bubbly.
- Add your cheese and milk until well blended then add chicken base.
- Add the water, veggies and spices bring to boil keep stirring to keep from scorching.
- Then simmer until veggies are to the consistency of your liking.
- Top with cheddar cheese ~ Enjoy Fab Foodies!!
Rich and comforting!
I used mozzarella instead of the smoked string cheese and then added 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke. It was a bowl of delightfulness!
