- 1 lb sirloin, diced into small hunks (remove fat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup flour, salt, pepper and dash of garlic powder (for the sirloin)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper (optional I like it :)
- 2 packages beef gravy
- 2 cups water
- 1/8 cup red wine
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- Garnish with fresh Parmesan and Italian parsley

Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
This is so easy, just a few ingredients. Let your slow cooker do the work.
This will jump off the plate and give you a hug warm and comforting!
Directions
- Garnish with fresh Parmesan and Italian parsley
- Serve over buttered, salted and peppered egg noodles or mashed potatoes
- In a large fry pan add olive oil, heat oil on med/high heat
- Add your flour, S&P and garlic powder and coat steak, once the oil hot add steak to pan.
- Cook until brown.
- In your slow cooker add… beef gravy, water and wine and whisk together.
- Once steak is browned add to slow cooker along with mushrooms, onion powder, garlic powder and S&P.
- Cook on low for 5.5-6 hours** The last half hour stir in the sour cream**
- This will jump off the plate and give you a hug :) warm and comforting!
