- 4 cod fillets
- 4-5 tablespoons butter
- 2.5 tablespoons pine nuts
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- Lemon for garnish

Baked Cod with Brown Butter and Pine Nuts ~
Directions
- Preheat oven 400.
- Spray pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Place cod in pan and season.
- Bake 20-25 minutes until it flakes
- Turn heat med/high
- In small sauté pan add butter and pine nuts.
- You need to keep a close eye on this so the butter doesn't burn.
- Cook until butter and pine nuts brown (10-15 min).
- Plate cod and pour butter and pine nuts over cod and enjoy!
- Lemon for garnish
