- 3 eggs
- 2-3 strips of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cheddar cheese
Bacon Tomato Chive Omelet ~
- Heat sprayed pan to med/high.
- In a small dish whisk eggs.
- Pour eggs into pan and add 1-1.5 strips crispy bacon diced, tomatoes and chives.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper then add cheese.
- Cook until eggs are set and fold.
- Top with tomatoes, bacon and chives and more cheese if you like.
