- 16 asparagus spears
- 1/4 cup goat cheese
- 1/8 sour cream
- 1/8 milk
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives sliced
- 1 heaping tablespoon real bacon bits
- Pinch of salt
- Couple drops of hot sauce (optional)

Asparagus With Goat Cheese Bacon Chive Sauce ~
Directions
- In med sauce pan bring water to boil add asparagus, boil 2 mins.
- In small sauce pan add cheese, sour cream, bacon, milk and pinch of salt (hot sauce if you like).
- On med heat melt cook 5 mins and pour over asparagus.
- Garnish with bacon and chives.
- Enjoy Fab Foodies!!
Great recipe although I thought the sauce was a little thick I just add a little more milk. Will make again!
