• 6 Eggs
  • 1Tbsp butter
  • 1 Cup Fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup sliced onions
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Arugula or spinach
  • Garnish ~ Sour cream or creme' fresh and fresh fruit


This is a omelet with great level of flavors! Vegetarian ~ The Swiss cheese gives this great depth. Quick and healthy way to start your day! Enjoy Fab Foodies ~


  1. Two small pans sprayed
  2. Med heat
  3. Small dish beat 3 eggs and to one pan
  4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and repeat
  5. Med pan add 1Tbsp butter
  6. Add 1 cup fresh mushrooms and ½ c…up sliced onion sauté 10-15 mins
  7. Add half the mixture to one omelet and the rest to the other
  8. Sprinkle with Arugula or spinach
  9. Sprinkle each omelet with ¼ cup Swiss cheese or your favorite
  10. Cook and flip ~ WaLa breakfast is served ~ Garnish with sour cream or crème fresh and fresh fruit ~ Enjoy Fab Foodies!
