- 1 package Stonefire flat bread, they come 2 to a package
- I used 6 oz leftover steak, you can use chicken or ground beef.
- 1/4 of large onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup for each pizza
- 1 cup cheddar jack cheese, 1/2 cup for each pizza

- 3 tablespoons finely diced onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of the liquid pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
- Nice pinch of salt and stir. You'll have extra left, I used 3 healthy spoonful's on each flatbread.

Description
Taco Flatbread Pizza
I used leftover steak, feel free to use chicken or groundbeef
Directions
- Preheat oven 400
- Place flatbreads on cookie sheet and bake on one side for 5 minutes and flip and bake the other side.
- In saute pan add leftover steak, onion, garlic, chili powder and water saute until tender.
- Smear each flatbread with 3 healthy spoonful's of refried beans.
- Divide steak and onions for each pizza.
- Top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup cheddar jack.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Top with your favorite toppings and garnishes.
