1. Cook fish approximately 8 minutes per one inch thickness. Flip once 4 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on other.

2. Always allow seafood/meats to come to room temp before cooking.

3. When grilling seafood/fish always oil the seafood/fish not the grill.

4. Save shrimp shells and tails in freezer to make seafood stock.

5. Put fish on ice in fridge to make it last longer.
