- Seeds from your pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Lowery's season salt
Roasted/Toasted Pumpkin Seeds ~
- Remove seeds from pumpkin, clean and dry.
- Preheat oven 300 F
- Cover sheet pan in foil and spread seeds out evening.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with seasonings, I use my hands to evenly coat them.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 15 mins.
