• 1 pear (sliced & divided)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pastrami
  • 3 cups spring mix (divided)
  • 1/4 cup glazed pecans (divided)
  • 10 slices red onion (divided) optional
  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese (divided)

Description

Pecan Pear and Pastrami Salad






Directions

  1. Slice pear, onion and pastrami.
  2. Each plate 1.5 cups spring mix, half sliced pear, 5 slices onion, 1/8 cup glazed pecans and top with 1 tablespoon goat cheese. I used my Red Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing.
