- 1 pear (sliced & divided)
- 1/2 cup sliced pastrami
- 3 cups spring mix (divided)
- 1/4 cup glazed pecans (divided)
- 10 slices red onion (divided) optional
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese (divided)
Pecan Pear and Pastrami Salad
- Slice pear, onion and pastrami.
- Each plate 1.5 cups spring mix, half sliced pear, 5 slices onion, 1/8 cup glazed pecans and top with 1 tablespoon goat cheese. I used my Red Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing.
