• 2 Lbs ground beef
  • 1 Lb Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup onion (minced brown in butter)
  • 2.5 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/4 ground pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 mozzarella (shredded)
  • MARINARA SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (green container)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1 pinch sugar

Description

Parmesan Meatloaf

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven 350
  2. In small bowl add all marinara ingredients mix and set aside.
  3. Brown onions in 1 tablespoon butter.
  4. In large bowl add all meatloaf ingredients *except mozzarella*
  5. Form into loaf and place in loaf pan or cake pan whatever you have.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over top and cover with aluminum foil bake for an hour 15 - hour 30 hour remove and top with mozzarella and tent with foil until cheese melts 5 mins.
