• 1 box lemon cake mix according to directions
  • Splash Grand Marnier
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • Lemon zest for garnish

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups powder sugar
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Juice of one orange
  • Splash of Grand Marnier

Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake ~

Directions

  1. In med bowl add cream cheese and butter microwave for one minute and mix until smooth add powder sugar, juice and Grand Marnier .
  2. Spread over cake while warm.
  3. In med size bowl mix the cake according to box.
  4. Add splash Grand Marnier
  5. Add poppy seeds
  6. Bake in Bundt pan @350 for 45 mins or until you insert a tooth pick & it comes out clean.
  7. Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy Fab Foodies!
