  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, brown beef, pepperoni’s and pork.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Mushrooms, olives, celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, stock, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to saucepan.
