  • • 1 cup sour cream
  • • 1 cup cheddar jack, shredded
  • • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • • 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
  • • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, don't drain
  • • 1/4 cup heaping cup jalapenos, sliced more if you like heat
  • • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese

Jalapeno Popper Dip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 375
  2. In a large bowl add the first 8 ingredients and mix with electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Spread the dip into a greased 2-quart casserole. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese mix.
  4. Sprinkle over dip and bake 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with chips
