- 2 ears of sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Parmesan cheese (green can)
Grilled Parmesan Sweet Corn
- Heat and clean grill (heat to med/high)
- Husk corn and rinse.
- Rub each ear with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Generously sprinkle each ear with Parmesan and pat it on.
- Grill for 8 -10 minutes until it's done to your liking.
- Feel free to add more cheese before serving... :)
- I could have made a meal out of corn!
