- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked & sliced)
- 4 cups lettuce
- 1 avocado peeled and sliced
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup bacon or real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
- Pinch sea salt
- Fresh grated pepper
Cobb Salad For Two
- Large platter... Add lettuce, avocado, chicken, eggs and bacon.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh grated pepper.
- Top with cheddar and blue cheese.
- We enjoy this with half blue cheese and half ranch dressing!
