• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked & sliced)

  • 1 avocado peeled and sliced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup bacon or real bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Fresh grated pepper

Directions

  1. Large platter... Add lettuce, avocado, chicken, eggs and bacon.
  2. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh grated pepper.
  3. Top with cheddar and blue cheese.
  4. We enjoy this with half blue cheese and half ranch dressing!
