• 4 cups water
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon chicken base
  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola
  • 3 Laughing cow (blue cheese)
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion power
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Description

Cauliflower Gorgonzola Soup ~

 






Directions

  1. Turn heat med/high.
  2. In med/large kettle add butter and onions saute until onions are soft stir in corn starch, keeping stirring once it starts bubbling for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add water, chicken base, cauliflower, Gorgonzola, laughing cow, onion and seasonings.
  4. bring to boil, keeping stirring so it gets well blended.
  5. Turn heat down and simmer for 30-45 mins.
  6. Garnish with slivered green onions and Gorgonzola.
