Baked Cod with Brown Butter and Pine Nuts ~

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Place cod in pan and season.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes until it flakes
  5. Turn heat med/high
  6. In small sauté pan add butter and pine nuts.
  7. You need to keep a close eye on this so the butter doesn't burn.
  8. Cook until butter and pine nuts brown (10-15 min).
  9. Plate cod and pour butter and pine nuts over cod and enjoy!
  10. Lemon for garnish
