• 16 asparagus spears
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/8 sour cream
  • 1/8 milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives sliced
  • 1 heaping tablespoon real bacon bits
  • Pinch of salt
  • Couple drops of hot sauce (optional)

Description

Asparagus With Goat Cheese Bacon Chive Sauce ~

Directions

  1. In med sauce pan bring water to boil add asparagus, boil 2 mins.
  2. In small sauce pan add cheese, sour cream, bacon, milk and pinch of salt (hot sauce if you like).
  3. On med heat melt cook 5 mins and pour over asparagus.
  4. Garnish with bacon and chives.
